i actually talked about this with a psych professor and she believes that women/young girls have been pushed into responsibility from young ages for so long that its actually triggered an evolutionary effect where young girls are literally developing mentally early in order to cope with the stress.

I needed this. I had a lovely morning with my tape measure because my stomach and thighs look MASSIVE
here’s a simple exercise that you can do any time of day.
this workout is the best, trust me. I went from thighs completely touching, to thighs barely touching at all in just a few days.
lay on your back, with your knees bent, feet together. fold a bed pillow and put it in-between your thighs. squeeze and hold for two seconds. do this as many times as you can, trust me, it’s going to burn. when you feel like you can’t do it anymore, squeeze and hold the pillow for ten seconds.
It seriously hurts, but totally worth it.
I found that this is really the only workout that mainly focuses your inner thighs, so if you don’t want thick toned thighs, this is the perfect workout for you.

1. if you want to look skinny, eat like a skinny person
2. figure out what to do with your extra time spent not eating
• Binges won’t destroy your progress overnight.
• Binges aren’t the worst things in the world.
• If you go back to restricting right after a binge, your body will hold onto the binge food, causing you to gain weight easier.
• It’s better to slowly ease back into restricting after a binge, so that your body doesn’t shock itself.
• If you try to fast right after a binge, chances are that your body will just hold on to the binge food throughout the fast
• Be patient.
🍓You didn’t actually gain much weight. You may have gained 5 pounds overnight, but unless you actually ate 17,500 calories, most of it will flush out over the next 2 days with water.
🍓You just restored all of your glycogen stores in the body, meaning you’ll have more energy and fuel to get you through next week’s restriction.
🍓WALK AROUND! If you binged after heavy restricting, your digestive system might be a little frazzled by the sudden food intake. Take a nice long walk and drink plenty of water to help your body digest it.
🍓YOUR BODY IS NOT STUPID. I repeat: your body is not stupid. Wondering why you often binge while breaking a fast? Your bod is sick of your shit and will super-produce ghrelin, the hormone that triggers hunger. Reduce bingeing in the future with controlled re-feeds in moderation, because yeah. Your body is built to survive- and our eating habits are effectively breaking it down.
-🍓DO NOT FAST THE DAY AFTER A BINGE. We tried fasting yesterday and it ended in hundreds of calories of carbs fat and sugar, remember? Eat small meals today, but pack them with green veggies, fruits, and lean proteins. This will help stabilize your blood sugar/insulin back to normal post-binge.
Example meal:
Breakfast scramble with 4 egg whites, ½ cup spinach, some low fat cheese sprinkled on top and ½ cup of blueberries on the side.
(142 cals total with 1 tbsp. shredded cheese)
🍓It already happened. Don’t spend today moping because if you hadn’t binged you’d have hit your goal, had a flat stomach, been one step closer or whatever else your internal voices tell you. This is a setback, a very minor one, and these things happen in life. You can likely fix this with just a few days back on track and upping your daily steps to 10,000 no excuses this week.
🍓If you’re a female, other hormones/factors may have affected your binge. Is your period due next week? Are you on your period currently? We endure so much bloating/water retention/irritability/cravings already as it is during this time of the month. Due to estrogen hormone influxes alone, the average female body HEALTHILY fluctuates 7 POUNDS every month. Blame the hormone monsters.
🍓Your self worth isn’t measured by your binges or lack thereof. No one is perfect, and just because your favorite body-spo thinspo ED blog isn’t posting about their own fuck ups doesn’t mean it’s not happening. No one can restrict forever my dear, so please remember that this morning-after, and distract yourself with a project/house work/homework if you start to get too down on yourself. You’re human and you deserve to be self-forgiving, because the alternative gets absolutely nothing done.
So, we all know that under 18 is considered underweight but then what? What when you’re under? Where can you safely go?
Under 15, there’s a risk of sudden cardiac arrest.
Under 13, your organs start to fail.
Under 12, death is imminent.
Keep in mind that everybody is different but anorexic people have been known to die during treatment once they reach 11. Some have survived for a while on a BMI of 9, but they ultimately died.
If you want to stay alive, stay over 15. Under that, you’re dying.

Somebody could have anorexia, and for them that could mean being SUPER clean with their eating, never touching a crystal of sugar, and restricting as well. For another Anorexic it could be setting a calorie limit and eating whatever the fuck they want, but not going over the calorie limit. Some anorexics get addicted to exercise, some don’t even bother. It really depends on the person, and I’m tired of these bull shit stereotypes 🤷🏼♀️

Uhm, I think all the weightloss fairies and spells worked?! I’ve lost like 4 pounds in a bit over a week! I’ve had so many events and such this past month that I was sure I’d ruin my progress and I even gained weight last week but now I’m this low what is this even?? So, for anyone who cares here’s my weight from the past four-ish weeks:
